Our Crawl Space Encapsulation is guaranteed to keep any water from penetrating into your crawl space. We seal all vents that could let any moisture in, wrap our vapor barrier around all columns, and tape all seams. Usually, a Crawl Space Interior Drain System is installed with an Encapsulation, and a dehumidifier is set up to run. With all of these precautions, we provide a lifetime transferable warranty after work is completed.
The Crawl Space Interior Drain System (CID) is installed around the entire perimeter of the crawl space. When water travels underneath the footing or through the wall, our drainage system collects the intruding water and leads it into a sump pump. The sump pump is what discharges the water away from the foundation, keeping a healthy, dry crawl space. Once the installation of the drainage system is finished, we lay down an extra protectant made of fiber woven poly, called Vapor Barrier.
Sagging, bouncy, or buckling floors are all interior warning signs that there is moisture penetrating your floor joists. The floor joists will absorb moisture and cause them to become soft. Sagging floors can also be due to heavy furniture, or heavy infrastructure. The weight will cause the foists to weaken a settle. Our Crawl Space Power Posts are able to lift and strengthen any weak area in your floor system. We will also replace any dry-rotted drop girders as needed.
